Alloy 36 is typically supplied to meet the requirements of AMS/MIL-I-23011 Class 7, AMS/MIL-S-16598, ASTM-B-753, ASTM-F-1684 UNS K 93603 or UNS K-93050 (FM or FC), Boeing Specification D-33078, ASTM-A-658.  Other specifications upon request.

Our Alloy 36 rod are in conformance with Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010 and are DFARS Compliant.  Eagle Alloys Corporation is an ISO Certified Corporation and have been supply the highest quality Alloy 36 rod for over 35 years.

Alloy 36 is made up of 64% iron and 36% nickel and is known for its excellent properties of controlled coefficient of thermal expansion. Alloy 36 typical applications include glass sealing, clocks, laboratory devices, creep gauges, shadow-mask frames, valves, optoelectronic devices, optical and laser benches, electronics, scientific instruments, hot water heaters, filters for microwave instruments, and precision parts for optical mounting in lenses.
